Executive Function Coaching 1:1 (60 minutes)
$160.00

Executive Function Coaching is a collaborative, student-driven process that turns "knowing what to do" into "actually doing it." This service focuses on the how of learning, empowering students to build sustainable systems for independence.

What We Focus On:

  • Student-Led Goals: We identify the student's specific pain points to ensure they are the architect of their own success.

  • Planning & Organization: Creating tailored digital or physical systems to manage assignments and break large projects into manageable micro-tasks.

  • Schedule Ownership: Mastering time-blocking and "time sincerity" to balance academics with extracurriculars and downtime.

  • Study & Initiation Skills: Developing active recall strategies and overcoming the friction of starting difficult tasks.

Navigating friendships requires more than just "being nice"—it requires managing internal emotions and reading external cues. This group targets the foundational skills needed to build and maintain meaningful connections with peers and adults. These groups are held 60 minutes per week typically split into two 30 minute sessions.

What We Focus On:

  • Self-Regulation: Identifying personal "triggers" in social settings and using sensory or cognitive strategies to stay calm when a peer interaction doesn't go as planned.

  • Coping Skills for Social Friction: Learning how to handle rejection, "joking" and compromise.

  • Dynamic Communication: Moving beyond basic scripts to practice active listening, perspective-taking, and "social flexibility" (going with the flow).

  • Conflict Resolution: A step-by-step framework for expressing resolving conflict with peers and adults.
